Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Personal Assistant to join our team on a bank basis to cover existing staff annual leave.
The successful candidate will provide personal care and support to an individual with a severe learning disability and compromised immune system, enabling them to live independently in a rural location.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist with all aspects of personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support with domestic duties, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Accompany the individual to medical appointments and social events
- Drive the individual to appointments and outings, using a car provided by the employer
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable and punctual
- Non-judgmental and flexible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50
- The opportunity to work with a dedicated and supportive team
- Full training and support to ensure your success in the role
