About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Leonard Cheshire.
Job Summary: As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our customers, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care and Support: Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escorting and Assisting: Escort and assist our customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Person Centred Approach: Support our customer-centered approach, encouraging maximum independence and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have good interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and the ability to work flexibly and creatively with our customers and their families.
