We are seeking a passionate Adult Nurse Manager to join our well-established and progressive provider of complex care packages within the community, specialising in adult complex care. This role will be based in South West London, where we have secured further packages during an exciting growth phase.

">Job Overview

The successful Adult Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to adult clients and their families, whilst creating personalised care plans for each person. You will work closely with a core team of carers, training and supporting them with their clinical skills and activities.

  • RGN with an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT
  • Suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities

The Adult Nurse Manager will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering a tailored care plan specific to an individual client's needs
  • Effectively managing the MDT through strong communication and teamwork
  • Providing ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload
  • Delivering nursing interventions, including the management of medicine delivery
  • Building and maintaining sophisticated relationships with clients' families
  • Working closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive:

  • 1 day working from home per week/4 days in the community
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
  • 33 days holiday
