Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aseptic Processing Specialist to join our team at the Division of Surgery – BHRUT NHS. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Parenteral Nutrition and other injectable products, as well as training new starters in these critical production techniques.

Main Duties

The postholder will carry out specialist aseptic dispensing and in-process checking, ensuring a high-quality, customer-oriented service. They will also be required to participate in the training of Pharmacy Production Assistants in aseptic techniques and Good Manufacturing Practice.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aseptic processing and hold aseptic processing certification. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people and will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check. They will also be required to undergo a probationary period.
