Role Overview

As a Programme Support Officer at British Cycling UK, you will contribute to the efficient delivery of our education programme by providing support to learners and tutors. You will be responsible for offering exceptional customer service, completing administrative tasks in a timely manner, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the learner and tutor journey to ensure seamless programme delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service through administration and project-based tasks
  • Maintain key relationships with venues, tutors, and stakeholders to uphold high standards
  • Contribute to regional delivery plans and departmental targets
  • Work across departments to develop the British Cycling database and learner management system
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including course programme updates and digital integration
