About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Mobile Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our nationwide team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of mobile plant and equipment, including diggers, dumpers, and small hand tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations\
  • Identify and report any defects or malfunctions in equipment\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve overall efficiency\
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mobile Plant Maintenance Specialist or similar role\
  • Relevant trade qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or higher)\
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently\
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills\
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 25 kg)\
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license (manual transmission)\
