We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Manager to join our team in Huddersfield. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all employees, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to employees on Health and Safety best practices
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies to reduce workplace accidents and incidents
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a QHSE role
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
