Job Title: Head of Legal Practice

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal Practice to join our team at Jameson Legal. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall compliance with the terms and conditions of our CLC authorisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the firm's SRA authorisation.
  • Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance and client-facing quality of service.
  • Oversee and sign off all lead generation and service advertisements to ensure compliance with CLC marketing requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure the firm's compliance arrangements are effective.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with at least 6 years PQE.
  • Experience in a compliance role within a legal practice, dealing with client complaints, KYC, and money laundering procedures.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from our Norwich or Derby offices.
