About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• To teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of our swimming lesson programme, utilizing your expertise and qualifications to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• To communicate effectively with customers, providing feedback and guidance on their progress and development.
• To assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• To maintain a clean and organized teaching environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

• A Level 2 swimming teaching qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• A DBS check is required for this role.
