Camp Director

As a Camp Manager with Kings Camps, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, school-holiday experience for children aged 5 to 17. You will lead a team of coaching staff and be the first point of contact for staff, children, parents, and our central office team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring children are active, having fun, and learning together
- Managing a team of coaching staff and communicating with parents
- Planning timetables and ensuring the venue is ready for the season
- Dealing with concerns and completing paperwork and risk assessments
- Managing OFSTED requirements and implementing our behaviour management policy
We are looking for someone with:
- 12 months' experience working with children and young people
- Experience in a management or leadership position
- Childcare, sports, or teaching-related degree (or related qualification)
- Knowledge and experience of Child Protection, Safeguarding, and Health and Safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate
