About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Motion. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our supply chain.

Responsibilities include:

  • Forecasting and replenishment of inventory across multiple supplier accounts.
  • Maximising availability to customers while optimising inventory levels throughout our distribution network.
  • Performing analysis to manage targets and performance, as well as assessing upcoming inventory projects.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and working with stakeholders to deliver improvements.

You will work closely with our Commercial, Inventory & Planning, Vehicle Data Team, RDC Managers, and AAG Subsidiaries to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and coordination skills, and experience in demand planning or similar analytical backgrounds.
