Estimated Salary: £48,000 per annum

This role requires adaptability to different sites and situations. The ideal candidate will possess strong foundations in multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, building maintenance, and general fabrication.

The successful candidate must be willing to travel extensively throughout the area with occasional overnight stays, holding a valid UK driving licence is compulsory.
