Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Structural Design Lead to join our Defence sector team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the structural design on large-scale projects, working closely with other design disciplines to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution.

You will manage project teams with up to 10 people, providing technical guidance and support to team members, and ensuring the resolution of any issues.

Requirements:

  • A BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in Structural Engineering or a related field
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Prior experience working in a consultancy environment
  • Heavy Civils / Reinforced Concrete structures experience is desirable
  • Ability to support and lead junior engineers
  • Existing BPSS clearance or the ability to pass BPSS security clearance is essential
