Unqualified Teacher Opportunity

Elite Supply Services is seeking dedicated individuals to work as Unqualified Teachers in Secondary Schools within the Lichfield area on a flexible supply basis.

Role Overview:

As an Unqualified Teacher, you will step in for absent teachers to deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure the continuous education of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons to students in the absence of permanent teachers
  • Provide support to students in a classroom setting
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure a smooth learning environment
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working with children, such as in schools, mentoring, tutoring, sports coaching, summer camp leadership, youth work, or similar roles
  • Ability to provide references demonstrating your experience and commitment
  • Successful completion of necessary safeguarding checks, including holding an enhanced DBS registered on the update service or being willing to obtain a new one
