This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join our client's highly respected Immigration Department as a Supervisor. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, and Caseworkers.

About the Department:

  • A leading law firm recommended in The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners
  • Serves corporate entities and private individuals in over 25 practice areas from offices throughout London and across England and Wales

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality Immigration services to clients, including preparing funding applications to the Legal Aid Agency and attending conferences and court
  2. Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills of team members
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports on departmental performance and casework progress

Requirements:

  • Registered with the Law Society Immigration Accreditation Level 2 Supervisor
  • Valid Practicing Certificate at the time of applying
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent client care skills and ability to deal with vulnerable client matters sensitively
  • Ability to market the company and generate new business

What We Offer:
