About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team at Stratstone in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a proven track record of sales team management experience within a similar brand, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets, monitoring and managing stock, and ensuring the proper use of business systems throughout the team.

About You
  • You have a proven track record of sales team management experience within a similar brand.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of the used car market and stock management.
  • You are result-driven and have the ability to communicate with key stakeholders and build long-lasting relationships.
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and can guide, coach, and motivate your team on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure KPIs and sales targets are met.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels.
  • Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on competitor activity.
