Job Title: Adult Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Educator to join our team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our staff in a clinical setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver education and training programs for nursing and midwifery staff.
  • Work collaboratively with senior management and other stakeholders to develop and implement education strategies.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop training plans to meet the needs of our staff.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support their professional development.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical practice guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
  • Relevant teaching or training qualification.
  • Experience of working in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
