Third Space is a luxury health club in London, offering outstanding fitness spaces that feel like members' own. Our team of motivators, inventors, and coaches strive to grow and evolve.

We're seeking exceptional Personal Trainers passionate about health and fitness, able to support and inspire members to achieve their goals while bringing our brand to life.

Our PT Academy delivers ongoing training, development, courses & qualifications. We offer industry-recognised qualifications, including Women's Health, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition.

During your first 18 months, you'll attend modular academy learning sessions, developing your skills and staying at the forefront of the industry. You'll receive qualifications in Behaviour Change, S&C, Sports Performance, and more.

We believe education is key to success, and our qualifications are accessible to all PTs. You'll complete a minimum of 6 days of further/continuous education per year through our bespoke Third Space System or external means.

You'll be part of a passionate team delivering exceptional service to our members. As a Personal Trainer, you'll work full-time, with no rent or gym floor shifts. Your salary will increase after three months, transitioning to a pay-per-session model based on session numbers.

To succeed in this role, you must hold a minimum Level 3 REPs/CIMSPA qualification or equivalent, with proven experience building a successful PT business.
