This role involves drafting wills, administering estates, and preparing Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPAs). The ideal candidate should have prior experience in private client matters, excellent attention to detail, ability to manage complex caseloads, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting wills and LPAs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Handling a diverse caseload from initial instruction to completion, maintaining high standards throughout the process
  • Managing conflicting priorities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service


Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with expertise in will drafting, estate administration, and LPAs
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and make informed decisions
