A dynamic mental health hospital in South West London seeks a skilled Psychologist to provide specialized clinical psychology input. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients suffering from eating disorders and related comorbidities, such as anxiety, trauma, and depression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual assessments, formulation, intervention, and consultation to support patients in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide direct clinical work, supervision, and training to junior staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

The successful candidate will be expected to possess excellent organization and leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of the service.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder, neurodivergence, trauma, and personality disorders would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of eating disorders and related comorbidities, including anxiety, trauma, depression, and self-harm, is essential for this role.
