**Job Summary**

Science Solutions Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
  • Design and develop new technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Manage and deliver projects within budget, scope, and safety requirements.
  • Introduce new products into the facility while optimizing and maintaining processes.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in mechanical software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in managing process risk and hazard assessment tools such as PFMEA, FMEA, HAZOP, and more.
  • Understanding of CI methodologies and certifications such as Six Sigma, Prince 2, or APM PMQ are highly desirable.
  • Experience in manufacturing composite materials is highly desirable.
