About the Role

The position of Corporate Counsel Specialist is available at ALL. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide expert advice on commercial and corporate law matters.

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of expertise in contract management, compliance, and risk assessment. You will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Negotiating Contracts
    • Create uniform template contracts for sales outside the US, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Analyze existing supplier contracts to identify key milestones and obligations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Evaluate customer flow-down requirements in sales contracts and advise on necessary steps.
    • Implement a continuous development program for template supplier contracts.
  • Supporting Business Growth
    • Develop standard form agreements across the business.
    • Promote legal, compliance, and risk management best practices throughout the organization.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Suggest improvements to company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver training and support on contractual matters to different business functions.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum
