Job Description

We are seeking a talented Chef to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment, preparing and serving high-quality food to our clients and customers.

About the Role:

  1. Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
  2. Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure a consistently exceptional dining experience.
  3. Identify opportunities to improve our food services and provide recommendations for implementation.
  4. Listen and act on customer feedback to continuously enhance our food offerings.
  5. Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
  6. Represent Eurest and maintain a positive brand image.
  7. Monitor inventory levels to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked and efficiently managed.
  8. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  1. A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  2. Holding a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification.
  3. Experience supervising a team and managing kitchen operations.
  4. A flexible approach to working and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  5. A valid Food Hygiene certificate.

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
