Our Graduate Management Trainee programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and maintain current relationships
  • Understand cost control and read your branch's P&L statement
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Learn how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable
  • A full manual UK or EU driving licence is required, but we make accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to a disability
  • No drug or alcohol-related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted
