Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality catering service to our clients.

• Prepare and cook food to agreed standards, ensuring high levels of quality and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of produce and ingredients, including their sourcing and storage.
• Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes.

• Proven experience working in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of food production methods and kitchen safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a high level of attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
