About the Role

The Senior Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded. This includes maintaining control over project schedules, risks, scope of work, and budget, as well as ensuring that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of contracted services to clients, ensuring consistent meeting or exceeding of SLAs and KPIs outlined in contracts.
  • Maintain strict control over project schedules, risks, scopes, and budgets to ensure operational teams and third-party providers fully understand client requirements.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, providing day-to-day guidance and support to address client needs.
  • Advocate for the organization's capabilities to clients and identify potential sales opportunities for referral to the account management team.
  • Solve complex issues, contribute to process enhancements, and leverage best practices and industry insights to improve products and services.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload and manage shifting priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve.

Earning Potential: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
