Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial fit-out projects, with a focus on stakeholder management, quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage one or more moderately complex Fit Out projects, involving a combination of team management, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including QS, MEP, Architecture, and Sustainability, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project records, including budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Provide excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in fit-out project management.
  • Pre and post-contract project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • JCT &/or NEC Contract Administration (Accreditation a positive).
  • Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic).
  • Robust Stakeholder Management process.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Qualification – ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master's Degree.
  • Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution.
  • APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation).
  • Prince 2 or MSP experience is desirable but not essential.
