We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Pastor to join our team at St Peter's Church Farnborough.

The ideal candidate will have a contagious passion for Jesus, empowering young people to discover their God-given calling.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our youth ministry, igniting a passion for Jesus in young lives and helping others discover Him for the first time.

About Our Vision

We envision every life transformed by Jesus, and we need someone who shares this vision to inspire and empower our young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing fresh ideas and creativity to our youth ministry, engaging around 50 young people and fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing programs that promote spiritual growth, encouraging volunteers and staff to support the youth ministry, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
