EHS Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an EHS Compliance Specialist to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As an EHS Compliance Specialist, you will support the H&S Compliance Manager and work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our non-production sites, employees working at home, and those driving for work operate in compliance with EHS regulatory requirements, conform to our EHS Standards and Current Best Approaches for risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- EHS Risk Management: Identify and mitigate EHS issues with teams in line with legal requirements, our Standards, and best practices.
- EHS Training: Coordinate and conduct EHS training as necessary.
About You:
We are looking for a professional with 5+ years of experience in delivering improvements in H&S performance within an operational environment, ideally in FMCG or Manufacturing.
