About the Role:

  • This role involves providing personal care and support to clients in a residential setting.
  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that we deliver high-quality service that meets their expectations.
  • As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • You will also assist with meal preparation, household chores, and other domestic duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care and support or a related field

  • Working Hours:

    45 hours per week, split shifts between 05:00 am and 21:00 pm, Monday to Friday
