The ideal candidate will work on projects across residential, commercial, framework, and fire safety sectors, providing engineering support to the practice by offering expertise in mechanical engineering within the built environment, including design and project management responsibilities.

This exciting opportunity involves providing technical guidance and oversight to a team of Mechanical Design Engineers, ensuring high-quality designs meet client expectations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example, promoting a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in mechanical engineering for projects
  • Develop and implement design strategies to ensure client satisfaction
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer with a building services or construction consultancy
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering
  • Full driving license and ability to commute to Maidstone
