**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement high-quality Geography lesson plans that align with the National Curriculum.
  • Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of geographical concepts, including physical landscapes, human geography, and environmental challenges.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
  • Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of the Geography curriculum.
  • Participate in school activities, including parent-teacher conferences, field trips, and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • A degree in Geography or a related subject.
  • Experience teaching Geography at secondary level, with a strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching Geography.
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
