PK Education is seeking dedicated and passionate Psychology Graduates to join a SEND school located in the vibrant heart of Coventry.

As a Psychology Graduate, you will provide support to pupils across various subjects and activities, assist with lesson planning and classroom management, and support with 1-1 and small group activities to target development for lower ability pupils.

You will work closely with pupils who have English as an Additional Language (EAL), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties, and language challenges.

Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that inspires pupils, collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure each child's unique needs are met, and be a part of a supportive and inclusive school community with opportunities to grow and develop.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to pupils across various subjects and activities
  • Assisting with lesson planning and classroom management
  • Supporting with 1-1 and small group activities to target development for lower ability pupils
  • Working closely with pupils who have EAL, SEND, SEMH needs, communication difficulties, and language challenges

Requirements:
