Job Title: Principal Design Authority

A leading civil engineering firm, AndersElite, is seeking a principal design authority to join their team permanently.

This is a full-time permanent position based in the Manchester area, offering flexible working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leading structural design within the water or energy sector.

  1. Develop and implement structural design strategies to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  2. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices through regular quality assurance checks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver sector-specific solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Degree qualified in Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the water or energy sector.
  3. Proficient in coaching junior engineers, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £66,250 per annum, plus package (negotiable subject to experience).
