We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Development Specialist to join our team in Leyland. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, supporting their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to children in our nursery setting. You will assist with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor activities, while promoting a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting.
- Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities and educational programs.
- Assisting with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor activities.
- Working closely with parents and other team members to ensure the best outcomes for children.
What We Offer:
- A full-time, permanent position with consistent working hours (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) at our nursery in Leyland.
- An estimated salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on experience.

Ideal Candidate:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
