We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Estimator to join our team at GVR Solutions Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and profitable project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Commercial, and Sales, to achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize expertise in facades and reclad subcontracting to provide valuable insights and support to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the facades or reclad subcontracting industry.
  • Excellent project management and business development skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
