We are seeking a Supportive Education Professional to join our team at The Progress Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students in an alternative education setting and helping them to achieve their goals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of alternative provision and experience working with students with special needs. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with students and staff. A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values is essential.

As a Supportive Education Professional, you will be part of a supportive team that provides a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
