Job Title: Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Sutton Coldfield. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Offering companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transferring
  • Running errands and assisting with household tasks

Requirements:

  • Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (full training will be provided)
