Associate Director- Project Controls Technologist

At Turner & Townsend Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our team as a Project Controls Technologist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering ambitious and highly technical projects for our major global clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual with experience in project management and controls to join our team. As a Project Controls Technologist, you will be responsible for implementing digital solutions to transform our clients' approach to project-programme-portfolio management (P3M). You will combine your knowledge of establishing project 'ways of working' with your awareness of P3M solutions to maximise successful outcomes and investment returns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement or refine established P3M methodologies, processes, tools and systems that enables the client to achieve desired project outcomes;
  • Experience in the establishment or transformation of project 'ways of working';
  • Experience in the specification or implementation of project controls or P3M technology;
  • Familiarity with core project controls functions (scope, schedule, cost, risk, performance reporting);

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience on major capital programmes or large portfolios in the infrastructure, real estate, energy & natural resources or defence market sectors;
  • A strong understanding of project management and controls principles and practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A proactive and client-focused approach;
