About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Porter and Handyman to join our team at GRAHAM, a leading construction company. As a Porter and Handyman, you will be responsible for providing porterage and handyman services, including receiving and distributing stores, materials, and other goods, as well as performing general maintenance tasks.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with practical knowledge of basic maintenance in areas such as building, joinery, mechanical/electrical maintenance, and grounds maintenance. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to prioritize workloads effectively.

In this role, you will be working closely with our Facilities Manager to ensure that all duties are carried out to comply with relevant health and safety regulations, including the H&S At Work (NI) Order 1978 and COSHH Regulations.

You will be required to attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, and will be expected to work outside normal working hours when necessary.
