We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire the Accounts team to ensure efficient and effective financial processing.
- Maintain robust financial control and operations in line with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Oversee budget setting and control, providing monthly reporting to budget holders.
- Ensure timely and accurate management reporting for various internal and regulatory purposes.
- Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven team leadership in a managerial capacity.
- Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork.
- Experience in a similar role within a financial management capacity.
- Strong IT skills, including data scrutiny and analysis.
- 30 working days of annual holiday, plus public holidays.
