Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £57,000 - £77,000 + Benefits, based on the UK market average for a Project Manager position in Hertfordshire.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project finances, manage subcontractor schedules, and coordinate with sales on design. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting site surveys post-order and liaising with Pre-con team on design and access requirements
* Confirming BOMs and material needs for procurement
* Coordinating with sales on design and assuming design responsibility
* Issuing purchase orders and instructing RAMS with the PA, including client-required H&S documentation
* Overseeing project finances and ensuring budgets are met and maintained
* Managing subcontractor schedules and day-to-day operations for up to 2-3 teams
* Addressing client queries and assisting with job commissioning and handover
* Collaborating with the Project Assistant to prepare O&M manuals
* Reviewing and updating processes, procedures, and documentation
* Attending weekly project meetings and providing status updates
* Supporting Aftersales by coordinating commissioning, service, and testing
* Performing additional tasks to ensure timely, on-budget project completion

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Engineering, mechanical or Controls knowledge (any or all of) would be extremely useful
* Construction experience, working in a similar environment, would be necessary
* Excellent communication and written skills
* Good numerical skills
* Good IT skills & literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
* Full valid UK driving licence
* You will be required to hold a CSCS and/or SKILLcard (The Company are able to support the obtaining of this, if required)
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Personable, presentable and articulate
* Excellent budget control
* Ability to work within deadlines and cope under pressure
* Strong Management skills
* Excellent ability for interpretation of drawings
