As an Accommodation and Support Worker, you will work with individuals aged 16-25, empowering them with the skills and confidence needed for independent living.

You will guide them through the entire housing process, from securing accommodation to fostering life skills that help them thrive.

Your Responsibilities">
  • Provide hands-on support in accommodation and community-based settings, helping young people transition towards independent living.
  • Build positive relationships and offer tailored support, ensuring young people's well-being and personal growth.
  • Manage day-to-day housing tasks, such as rent collection, health and safety checks, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Play a key role in enabling young people to achieve positive outcomes in health, safety, personal achievement, and economic well-being.

Salary and Benefits">

The salary for this role is £12.97 per hour.
