We are looking for a highly skilled Front of House Team Member to join our team at Nuffield Health Farnham FWC. This individual will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our members and visitors, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow. Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel, are also required.

Key Tasks:

  1. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and personalized service.
  2. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.
  3. Assist with administrative tasks, such as responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  4. Develop and maintain knowledge of our services and products to effectively promote them to our members and guests.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and performance.

Our Benefits:
