Job Description
We're seeking an exceptional Wellbeing and Inclusion Officer to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for Key Stage 1 students in Witney, Oxfordshire.
In this role, you'll work closely with students, parents, and teachers to identify areas where additional support is needed and develop targeted strategies to address these challenges. Your primary focus will be on promoting emotional wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusion among our students.
- Safeguarding: Ensure that every student feels safe and supported, with access to necessary resources and services.
- Emotional Support: Provide expert guidance and resources to help students develop essential life skills, including emotional regulation, self-awareness, and effective communication.
- Building Trust: Foster strong relationships with students, fostering a sense of trust, security, and belonging within the school community.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in safeguarding and pastoral care, and a deep understanding of child development principles. We also value individuals who can demonstrate empathy, patience, and a commitment to promoting the wellbeing and inclusion of all students.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, recognizing the importance of this role in promoting the health and happiness of our students.
