Role Overview

We are seeking a charismatic and experienced Bartender to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort for the holiday season. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience, serving a range of beverages, and maintaining the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive orders and serve guests' requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Create and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks
  • Keep the service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times
  • Have a good understanding of wines and spirits
