We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at Ignata Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debt and working closely with our Senior Management Accountant to identify new opportunities for growth and margin improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of credit controllers, including appraisals, target setting, and performance reviews
- Recruit and onboard new team members
- Produce debt analysis reports, highlighting risks, variances, and areas for further action
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts on a monthly basis
- Work closely with in-house lawyers to escalate overdue debt and assist with litigation proceedings when necessary
- Collaborate with budget holders to ensure effective debt portfolio management
- Present debt analysis to stakeholders and provide ad-hoc project support
