Commercial Gas and Oil Specialist

Our client, a leading provider of maintenance contracts for commercial businesses, is seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, installing, and repairing heating and unvented hot water plant in commercial and domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns, and installation work for commercial gas and oil systems.
- Test equipment and appliances to ensure they function and meet safety standards.
- Assess risks and follow all safety regulations.
- Conduct gas safety checks and gas network tests.
- Compile asset lists and condition reports.
- Repair or replace other plant, including pumps, pipe work, tanks, FCUs, sinks, taps, actuators, and valves.
- Commercial Gas qualified.
- Able to carry out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns, and installation work.
- Full driving licence essential.
