Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at ComForCare Home Care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. About the Role

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our clients, including bathing, dressing, and eating. You will also help with medication reminders, transfers, and ambulation. Additionally, you will assist with household chores and report any unusual incidents. Your compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills will be essential in building trust with our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

* Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and eating
* Help with medication reminders and transfers
* Assist with household chores and report any unusual incidents
* Build trust with clients and their families through strong communication and compassion

Requirements

* 1 year experience in a healthcare or in-home care environment (will train the right motivated person)
* Reliable transportation to and from work
* Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
* Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
* Available to work different shifts according to client needs
* Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide, or completion of a CNA or other healthcare program
