Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Healthcare Educator to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the education and training of healthcare staff in paediatric care.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in both paediatric renal care and education, as well as experience in leading and developing training programs. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for paediatric care
- Collaborate with ward managers to ensure high-quality patient care
- Support the implementation of best practices in patient care
- Contribute to the development of clinical simulation within the wards
